碧口水电厂是西北电网的骨干电厂之一,自76年投产以来,三台机组振动大的问题一直未能得到解决,水轮机叶片不断产生裂纹,机组明显存在着两个振动区,从而影响机组在系统中的调峰调频作用。因此消除和减小机组的振动是迫切需要解决的问题。从84年开始,我们先后对该电厂的1~#、2~#、3~#机组稳定性进行了测试,在分析测试资料的基础上找到了引起机组振动的原因及消振措施。87年4月我们在2~#机上采取了消振措施,并进行了测试。实践证明我们分析
Bikou Hydropower Plant is one of the key power plants in the Northwest Power Grid. Since the project was put into operation in 2006, the vibration problem of the three generating units has not been solved. The turbine blades are continuously cracked. There are obviously two vibration zones in the generating units, Peak frequency modulation system role. Therefore, eliminating and reducing the vibration of the unit is an urgent problem to be solved. From the beginning of 1984, we have tested the stability of 1 ~ #, 2 ~ #, 3 ~ # units of the power plant. Based on the analysis of the test data, we found out the causes of the unit vibration and the measures to reduce vibration.
