学校人事改革是从基层发出的声音,是现实中的一种需要,它的初衷在于教师改革,但是教师改革的一个很重要的问题却在于一校之“长”——校长的职、责、权问题。“中小学校长职级制”改革,就是要打破“三铁”——“铁饭碗、铁工资、铁交椅”。教育要办好,校长是关键;要大力推进人事制度改革,校长亦是关键。因此,教育人事制度改革必须要调动校长们的积极性。
