目的:检测健康人群血清莱姆病抗体水平。方法:间接免疫荧光抗体试验(IFA)、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)。结果:共检测2184人,阳性225人,感染率1030%。儿童(1385%)、学生(1193%)感染率最高,农民(1057%)次之,林业工人及管理人员(644%)相对较低;林区(1037%)与非林区(1027%)人群感染率差异无显著性(χ2=021,P>075)。180例莱姆病血清阳性者中,蜱叮咬率为40%,未发现典型的慢性游走性红斑(ECM)皮疹患者,红斑、风团、紫斑占3278%,肌痛占2333%,关节炎占4111%。结论:粤东地区人群莱姆病感染率较高
Objective: To detect serum levels of Lyme disease in healthy population. Methods: Indirect immunofluorescence antibody test (IFA), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: A total of 2184 people were tested, 225 were positive, the infection rate was 1030%. The infection rate of children (1385%) and students (1193%) was the highest, followed by farmer (1057%), forestry workers and management staff (644%), while that of forest area (10.37% %) And non-forest area (1027%) were no significant difference (χ2 = 021, P> 075).
