2000年4月27日天津市无缝钢管厂召开厂级优秀科技成果表彰大会,对1998年～1999年度,企业科技人员和职工群众通过技术创新、新品开发、工艺设备改进、质量攻关、引进新工艺技术和设备的消化吸收等方面取得的22项重大科技成果进行表彰奖励。按照厂科技成果奖励实施办法的要求,经技术成果鉴定和全面审核,评选出一等奖2个、三等奖20个,奖金由5000元至500元不等。企业领导这一举措出台,激发全厂科技人员和职工群众参与技术创新的极大热情,为国有企业实现三年扭亏脱困目标做出了贡献。 市、区和冶金总公司科协等领导应邀参加了会议,并对荣获市级、厂级优秀科技成果奖的项目颁发了荣
