目的:针对偏远训练地域和海防部队伤病员急救的薄弱环节,设计实现了边防海岛伤病员急救信息系统,弥补了边防海岛伤病员院前急救这个薄弱环节。方法:利用无线移动通信技术、HL7消息队列和接口技术相结合,使急救系统成功地与医院HIS、LIS、PACS、EMR和健康档案系统进行了对接。结果:平战时在远离后方医院的急救环境下,使多种医疗数据进行了有效融合,成为医疗诊断和救治的可靠资料,实现医疗资源的网络共享和伤病员急救的闭环管理。结论:有效提升突发事件的卫勤保障效能,提高了伤病员的医疗救治质量。
OBJECTIVE: In view of the weak links between the remote training area and the first aid for the wounded and sick of the Haiphong forces, the first aid information system for the border guards and island sickness patients is designed and implemented to make up for the weak point of the first aid in front of the frontier defense island wounded and sick patients. Methods: By using wireless mobile communication technology and HL7 message queue and interface technology, the emergency system was successfully connected with the hospital HIS, LIS, PACS, EMR and health file system. Results: During the wartime wartime, the ambulances far away from the rear hospital were able to effectively fuse various kinds of medical data and become the reliable data for medical diagnosis and treatment, and realize the network sharing of medical resources and the closed-loop management of the first aid of wounded and sick patients. Conclusion: Effectively improve the efficiency of medical support for emergencies and improve the medical treatment quality of the sick and wounded.
