全文通过对有氧运动机理的简要阐述,同时针对中老年妇女肥胖的特征,进而对中老年妇女的采取减肥措施提出了一定的建议。文章首先是通过对有氧运动概念的阐述明确了这种时下流行的减肥方式,然后对中老年妇女的肥胖特征进行了简要的阐述,最后对中老年妇女的肥胖提出了一定的建议。
The article through the brief description of the mechanism of aerobic exercise, at the same time in view of the characteristics of middle-aged and old women’s obesity, and then to middle-aged and elderly women to take measures to lose weight put forward some suggestions.
