为研究钢包底吹孔布置对钢液混匀时间及液面波动的影响,确定钢包最优底吹工艺,以某厂210 t钢包为原型,根据相似原理建立钢包物理模型,模拟钢包底吹氩工艺。通过研究不同底吹孔位置与角度对混匀时间和液面波动的影响,确定钢包最优底吹工艺。结果表明,最优底吹位置为底吹孔位于距钢包底部圆心距离为0.60R/0.60R,夹角为100°。底吹孔在0.40R的位置,两气柱会相互影响;底吹孔在0.60R的位置是较理想的位置;底吹孔在0.79R的位置,气流对包壁冲刷严重。
In order to study the effect of ladle bottom blowing arrangement on the mixing time and liquid surface fluctuation of molten steel, the optimum bottom blowing process of ladle was determined. Based on the 210 t ladle prototype in a certain factory, a physical model of ladle was established based on similarity principle, Process. Through the study of different bottom blowing hole position and angle on the mixing time and liquid level fluctuations, to determine the optimal ladle bottom blowing process. The results show that the optimum bottom blowing position is that the bottom blowing hole is located at a distance of 0.60R / 0.60R from the center of the bottom of ladle and the included angle is 100 °.
