本文测定了71例病毒性心肌炎患儿血清脂质过氧化物、维生素E浓度和红细胞过氧化氢溶血率,发现脂质过物浓度和红细胞溶血率均高于正常组,脂质过氧化物亦高于上感组;脂质过氧化物浓度与红细胞溶血率呈轻度正相关,与乳酸脱氢酶活性中度正相关。急性期脂质过氧化物浓度和红细胞溶血率高于迁延期和慢性期,中重型高于轻型。提示自由基-脂质过氧化在此类心肌炎发病中起一定作用,且与病情和病期有一定关系。

Tip free radical - lipid peroxidation in the pathogenesis of such myocarditis play a role, and with the disease and the stage has a certain relationship.
