探讨快速溶剂萃取法提取刺五加叶中黄酮类成分的可行性,并比较该方法与超声提取法的优越性。以刺五加叶重芦丁、金丝桃苷的含量为指标,采用毛细管电泳法检测,用正交设计法优化提取温度、提取压力、提取时间、循环次数等影响因素,结果表明,快速溶剂萃取法提取刺五加叶中黄酮类成分的最佳工艺是:提取温度100℃,提取压力100 Pa,提取时间5 min,循环4次。同超声提取法相比,快速溶剂萃取法具有提取率高,溶剂用量少,无噪声污染,重现性好等优点。
To explore the feasibility of extracting flavone from Acanthopanax senticosus by rapid solvent extraction and to compare the superiority of this method and ultrasonic extraction. Taking the content of heavy rutin and hyperoside of Acanthopanax senticosus as index, the capillary electrophoresis method was used to detect the influencing factors, such as extraction temperature, extraction pressure, extraction time and number of cycles. The results showed that the rapid solvent Extraction of Acanthopanax leaf flavonoids best technology is: extraction temperature 100 ℃, extraction pressure 100 Pa, extraction time 5 min, 4 times. Compared with ultrasonic extraction, rapid solvent extraction has the advantages of high extraction rate, less solvent consumption, no noise pollution and good reproducibility.
