肺癌所致咯血，通常为间断、反复或持续性少量咯血，大咯血临床上比较少见。我院1985～1996年共收治肺癌大咯血患者8例，均创胸手术治疗，取得较满意效果。报告如下。1临床资料1．1一般资料男7例，女1例；年龄58～66岁，平均60．5岁。大咯血前无症状2例，慢性咳嗽6例。X线胸片 Hemoptysis caused by lung cancer, usually intermittent, repeated or persistent small amount of hemoptysis, hemoptysis is relatively rare in clinical practice.
