采用丹酰氯柱前衍生,建立了HPLC荧光法测定食品接触材料中烷基酚类化合物迁移量的分析方法。结果表明:在0.1~10.0μg/m L范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数R~2≥0.9997;回收率86.7%~101.1%,相对标准偏差1.6%~4.2%,检出限0.5~20.0μg/kg。该方法前处理简单、准确度高、检出限低,可为食品接触材料监管部门和企业提供质量安全技术支持。
Using dansyl chloride pre-column derivatization, an analytical method for the determination of alkylphenolic compounds migration in food contact materials by HPLC was established. The results showed that the linearity was good in the range of 0.1-10.0μg / ml, the correlation coefficient was R ~ 2≥0.9997, the recovery was 86.7% ~ 101.1%, the relative standard deviation was 1.6% ~ 4.2%, the detection limit was 0.5 ~ 20.0μg / kg. The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, high accuracy and low detection limit, and can provide technical support for quality and safety of food contact materials regulators and enterprises.
