目的本文主要探讨血清microRNA(miR)-21/155/181a/18b在具有失代偿性心力衰竭症状的扩张型心肌病(扩心病)患者中的表达水平。方法收集40例扩心病患者和30名健康对照者,通过实时免疫荧光定量PCR反应检测血清miRNA。分析miR-21等miRNA和其他临床指标如N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)、左室射血分数(LVEF%)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)之间的相关性。结果血清miR-21在扩心病患者中的相对表达量低于健康对照组(P<0.01)。在所有的试验者中,血清miR-21与LVEF%呈正相关,与LVEDD呈负相关(P<0.001)。结论与健康对照者相比,血清心肌重构相关的miR-21在失代偿性心力衰竭的扩心病患者中表达下调,并与疾病的严重程度相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of serum microRNA (miR) -21 / 155 / 181a / 18b in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (dilated cardiomyopathy) with decompensated heart failure. Methods Forty patients with chronic heart disease and 30 healthy controls were collected and serum miRNAs were detected by real-time immunofluorescence quantitative PCR. Analysis of miRNAs such as miR-21 and other clinical parameters such as NT-proBNP, hsCRP, LVEF%, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter ( LVEDD) between the correlation. Results The relative expression of miR-21 in patients with chronic heart disease was lower than that in healthy controls (P <0.01). In all subjects, serum miR-21 was positively correlated with LVEF% and negatively correlated with LVEDD (P <0.001). Conclusions Compared with healthy controls, miR-21, a marker of myocardial remodeling, is down-regulated in patients with heart failure with decompensated heart failure and is associated with the severity of the disease.
