综放工作面俯采坡度过大是制约正常回采的重要因素,届时工作面顶板围岩稳定性变差,架前或架间窜、翻矸现象频繁,严重影响安全生产。本文以红会四矿4703综放工作面开采实践为例,通过采取对应措施,实现了地质构造带内综放工作面大坡度俯斜开采的正常进行与安全生产,取得良好效果与经济效益。
The over-gradient of pit elevation in fully mechanized top coal caving face is an important factor restricting the normal mining. When the working face roof rock stability is deteriorated, the phenomenon of rocking in the front or between stands and frequent turning of gangue will seriously affect the safety in production. Taking the practice of 4703 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in Honghui No.4 Mine as an example, the normal operation and safety production of fully mechanized caving mining face with large slope in geological structure zone are achieved by adopting corresponding measures, and good results and economic benefits are achieved.
