随着时代的发展,社会的进步,人们对生活环境的质量越来越重视,由于多年来生态环境不断恶化,水土流失越发的严重,从而使水土保持工作也逐渐被人们重视。在西南土石山区水土流失的情况更是严重,尤其是在建造水库、水电站等大型工程的时候,会进一步增加水土流失的发生率,也不利于工程的顺利建设。所以要根据工程的实际情况,针对西南土石山区的生态环境及地质状况的特点,分析造成该地区水土流失的主要原因及影响因素,建立一套完善的符合该地区水土流失特点的治理系统,使用先进的科学技术,采取综合治理措施。文章主要分析了新时期水土保持存在的科学技术问题,另外针对其中出现的难点问题提出了合理化的建议和措施,希望对水土保持工作有一定的帮助作用。
