通过共沉淀法制备了尼龙6(PA6)/碳纳米管(CNTs)复合材料,并对复合材料的拉伸强度、分散和界面情况等进行了表征。添加质量分数2%CNTs的复合材料拉伸强度提高了25%,继续加大CNTs用量,强度有所降低。SEM表明CNTs在复合材料中分散良好。研究了CNTs用混合酸修饰对复合材料性能的影响。Raman光谱显示,在复合材料中,CNTs各特征谱峰向高波数位移。
The composites of nylon 6 (PA6) / carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were prepared by coprecipitation, and the tensile strength, dispersion and interface of the composites were characterized. The tensile strength of the composites with the mass fraction of 2% CNTs increased by 25%, and the amount of CNTs continued to increase with the decrease of the strength. SEM showed that the CNTs dispersed well in the composites. The effects of mixed acid modified CNTs on the properties of the composites were investigated. Raman spectra show that in the composite materials, the characteristic peaks of CNTs shift to higher wave numbers.
