利用光敏技术诊治癌肿是近年来医学方面出现的一种新技术。目前应用较为广泛的光敏染料为血卟啉衍生物(HPD)。当HPD注入人体静脉后,能有效地较长时间集中在肿瘤组织内,继用相应波长的激光照射时,就能有效地诊治癌肿。由于HPD属光敏化剂,故在使用中应使病人避免阳光与强光的直接照射,以免产生反应。为了进一步了解不同光线对HPD在使用中的副作用,现将动物实验结果报道如下: 一、动物体重在18~22g的健康小白鼠192只。二、敏化剂采用扬州生物制品厂试制的粉剂HPD,使用时用生理盐水稀释成棕红色液体,按5mg/kg的正常人体用量(常量)和相当人
The use of photosensitive techniques for diagnosis and treatment of cancer is a new technique that has emerged in medicine in recent years. The photosensitizing dye that is widely used at present is the hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD). When the HPD is injected into the human vein, it can be effectively concentrated in the tumor tissue for a longer time, and can be effectively diagnosed and treated when the laser is irradiated with the corresponding wavelength. Since HPD is a photosensitizer, the patient should avoid direct sunlight and strong light during use to avoid reaction. In order to further understand the side effects of different light rays on the use of HPD, the results of animal experiments are reported as follows: 1. 192 healthy mice weighing 18-22 g. 2. The sensitizer used powder HPD manufactured by Yangzhou Biological Products Factory. When used, it was diluted with physiological saline into a brown-red liquid, and the normal human dose (constant) was 5 mg/kg and a considerable amount of people.
