为了得到更加合理的4145H钢退火工艺,改善组织,调整硬度,利用正交试验的方法,研究影响其硬度的因素,并观察其退火后的组织。得到最佳退火工艺为:轧制一道次变形量为25.57%、退火温度760℃、保温8 h并以箱冷冷却。该退火工艺所得组织为碳化物分布均匀的粒状珠光体,满足生产要求。
In order to get a more reasonable annealing process of 4145H steel, to improve the organization, adjust the hardness, the use of orthogonal test methods to study the factors that affect its hardness, and observe the annealed tissue. The best annealing process was as follows: a rolling deformation of 25.57%, an annealing temperature of 760 ℃, holding time of 8 h and box cooling. The resulting annealing process for the carbide distribution of granular pearlite, to meet production requirements.
