目的调查不同妊娠方式对胚胎染色体异常的发病率的影响。方法选择在同时期因自然流产而进行绒毛染色体检查患者标本42例,自然妊娠流产胚胎19例,染色体异常发病率(8/19)42.1%;辅助生殖技术治疗后流产23例,染色体异常发病率(12/23)52.1%。比较自然妊娠和辅助生殖技术治疗后流产绒毛染色体异常比率。结果经统计学处理,自然妊娠和辅助生殖技术治疗后流产绒毛染色体异常比率无显著差异。结论胚胎染色体非整倍体是造成自然流产的重要原因,不同妊娠方式流产胚胎染色体非整倍体发生率经统计学分析无显著差异。
Objective To investigate the effect of different gestational patterns on the incidence of embryonic chromosomal abnormalities. Methods Forty-two cases of spontaneous abortion, 19 cases of spontaneous abortion, chromosomal abnormalities (8/19), 42.1% cases of spontaneous abortion, 23 cases of miscarriage after assisted reproductive technology, the incidence of chromosomal abnormalities (12/23) 52.1%. Compare the rates of abortion chromosomal abnormalities after natural pregnancy and assisted reproductive technology. Results After statistical treatment, there was no significant difference in the rate of abortion chromosomal abnormalities after natural pregnancy and assisted reproductive technology. Conclusions Embryonic chromosome aneuploidy is an important reason for spontaneous abortion. The incidence of aneuploidy in aborted fetus with different gestational patterns shows no significant difference by statistical analysis.
