丹参系唇形科鼠尾草属植物(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)的根。多系野生,主产于山东、河南、安徽、江苏和四川等省。《神农本草经》中列为上品。性微寒、味苦。中医用作活血化瘀药,有活血通经、除烦清心、凉血消肿、祛心腹刺痛和痈肿丹毒之功效。丹参的化学成分有脂溶性的二萜醌和水溶性的酚性酸两大类,它们的化学结构和性质很不同。为此,本文按脂溶性成分和水溶性制剂及其成分的药理进行综述。
