在小学教学的过程中,总会遇到一部分学生数学成绩落后,学习不主动,厌恶学习,缺乏学习的信心,导致整体学习成绩不断下滑。教师想要提高小学数学整体的教学质量就必须关注后三分之一的学生,帮助学生提升学习兴趣、培养学习信心、树立学习目标,不断对后进生进行转化。只有努力提高学生的学习能力和学习成绩,才能真正意义上提升教学的整体质量。
In the process of primary school teaching, there are always some students whose math performance lags behind, that they do not take the initiative to learn, they hate learning and lack the confidence to learn. As a result, the overall academic performance keeps declining. Teachers want to improve the overall quality of primary school mathematics teaching must pay attention to the latter one-third of students, to help students enhance their interest in learning, develop confidence in learning, set learning goals, continue to transform future generations. Only by striving to improve students’ learning ability and academic performance can we truly improve the overall quality of teaching.
