利用Gleeble 3800热模拟试验机研究了轧制温度(750~1100℃)对螺纹钢HRB400组织和性能的影响,并对不同变形条件下螺纹钢的变形抗力进行了分析。结果表明,随变形温度的提高,HRB400螺纹钢铁素体晶粒长大,占比降低。当变形温度在900℃以下时,组织为铁素体和珠光体,随变形温度的增加,硬度降低;当变形温度在950℃以上时,组织中出现贝氏体,且随变形温度升高,贝氏体含量逐渐增多,硬度逐渐升高。HRB400螺纹钢的变形抗力随变形量、变形速率的增加及变形温度的降低而增大。
The effect of rolling temperature (750 ~ 1100 ℃) on microstructure and properties of rebar HRB400 was studied by Gleeble 3800 thermal simulation tester. The deformation resistance of rebar under different deformation conditions was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of deformation temperature, HRB400 rebar ferrite grain growth, accounting for lower. When the deformation temperature is below 900 ℃, the microstructure is ferrite and pearlite. With the deformation temperature increasing, the hardness decreases. When the deformation temperature is above 950 ℃, bainite appears in the microstructure, and as the deformation temperature increases, Bainite content gradually increased hardness gradually increased. HRB400 rebar deformation resistance increases with deformation, deformation rate and deformation temperature decreases.
