本文依据《压力容器安全技术监察规程》中压力容器的分类方法,将分类的规则进行分析和整理得到38条产生式规则,并以此组成规则库,结合介质毒性易燃性数据库和压力容器品种数据库两个数据库,采用正向推理方法构建了压力容器分类专家系统。该专家系统根据用户输入的简单的信息,搜索知识库中的知识及数据库中有关信息,推理出容器的类别。该专家系统采用VC++编程,可在WINDOWS环境下运行。经实践证明,该专家系统对压力容器的分类准确,快速。
Based on the classification method of pressure vessels in the Pressure Vessel Safety and Technical Supervision Regulations, this article analyzes and sorts the classification rules to obtain 38 production rules, and forms a rule base combining with the medium toxicity flammability database and the pressure vessel variety Database two databases, the use of forward reasoning methods to build a pressure vessel classification expert system. Based on the simple information input by the user, the expert system searches the knowledge in the knowledge base and the related information in the database to deduce the category of the container. The expert system using VC ++ programming, can run in the WINDOWS environment. Proved by practice, the expert system is accurate and rapid classification of pressure vessels.
