目前在成人高校中,教师从事第二职业的现象比较普遍。对此,支持的、反对的、高兴的、忧虑的都有,看法是很不一致。笔者认为,对这样一个普遍存在,大家又很关心的热点问题,应该在理论上进行探讨,并做出公正的回答;在实践中不断地总结经验教训,以便使它能沿着正确的轨迹前进。 据某成人高校调查,在教师中从事第二职业的约占1/3左右。从所从事的职业来看,主要有四种情况,第一种是到校外兼课。有的到其他成人高校,成人中专兼课;有的到和个人办的各种补习班,各种学校兼课。从事兼课的教师大多是知名度较多,教学经验丰富的中老年教师,也有一些新毕业不久的青年教师;第二种是自己办班。有的办高考补习班,有的办钢琴、电子琴、美术、书法、舞蹈等特长班,也有的办语文、数学、外语等单科补习班。能自己办班的教师也都有些特长,知名度较高,同时活动能力较强的教师;第三种情况是搞技术咨询。有的到工厂,有的去研究设计部门搞咨询,当顾问,这主要是有实
Currently in adult colleges and universities, teachers in the second occupation is more common. In this regard, supportive, opposed, happy, anxious have, the views are very inconsistent. The second is to run their own classes. Some do college entrance cram school, and some do piano, keyboard, art, calligraphy, dance and other specialty classes, and some do language, mathematics, foreign language and other single cram. Teachers who can run their own class also have some specialties, high visibility, and strong ability of teachers; the third case is engaged in technical advice.
