组织氛围一直被认为是员工绩效、工作行为和组织绩效的主要决定因素之一,也可能是影响员工提供给客户服务水平的一个重要前因,因此我们应该把组织氛围作为提高图书馆服务质量的一个重要考虑因素,但国内图书馆界对组织氛围的研究较少。本文对西方学者的组织氛围研究成果进行了综述,对图书馆组织氛围的研究进展进行了总结,并对图书馆组织氛围研究的发展方向进行了展望。
Organizational climate has long been considered as one of the main determinants of employee performance, job performance and organizational performance. It may also be one of the important antecedents that affect the level of employee service provided to employees. Therefore, we should take the organizational climate as an indicator to improve the quality of library services An important consideration, but the domestic library community less research on the organizational climate. This article summarizes the research results of the Western scholars’ organizational climate, summarizes the research progress of the library organizational climate, and prospects the development direction of the research on the library organizational climate.
