目的:建立一种分光光度法测定工作场所空气中硫化氢的新方法。方法:硫化氢与硝酸银反应生成黄褐色硫化银胶体溶液,通过紫外分光光度计进行光度测定,由此建立分光光度法测定工作场所空气中硫化氢的新方法。结果:方法曲线的相关系数r=0.9995,线性范围0~16.0μg,检出限为0.08μg/ml,最低检出浓度为0.11 mg/m3,相对标准偏差为2.1%~8.3%,回收率为96.0%~99.4%。结论:用本方法测定工作场所空气中的硫化氢,降低了检测限,提高了灵敏度,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in workplace air. Methods: Hydrogen sulfide reacted with silver nitrate to form yellowish brown silver sulfide colloidal solution, which was measured by UV spectrophotometer. The new method was established for the spectrophotometric determination of hydrogen sulfide in the workplace. Results: The correlation coefficient of the method curve was 0.9995, the linear range was 0 ~ 16.0μg, the detection limit was 0.08μg / ml, the minimum detectable concentration was 0.11 mg / m3 and the relative standard deviation was 2.1% ~ 8.3% 96.0% ~ 99.4%. Conclusion: This method for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in the workplace air, reducing the detection limit, increased sensitivity, with satisfactory results.
