由于近现代主客二分的认识论,以及由此发展起来的科学实证主义研究范式的影响,教师教育过于重视理论的普适性和工具性,忽视教学实践的丰富性和鲜活性。现象学的世界观、方法论,如现象学“面向事实本身”的精神、“生活世界”理论以及“本质直观”、“悬置”、“还原”等方法,为教师教育提供了独特的视角和思维方式。现象学视野中的教师教育面向教育事实,回归教师的日常教学生活世界,具有浓厚的人文意蕴和人性色彩,对当今的教师教育具有启发意义。
