由于工业“三废”、城市生活污水、医用污水等污染物的大量排放,全球气候的异常变化,水产养殖业的自身污染以及水资源的日益紧缺等原因,使得我国水产养殖业水质恶化问题日趋严重,从而在一定程度上限制了我国水产养殖业的健康发展,引发了水产养殖产品的质量安全问题。有益微生物制剂对养殖水产品无毒副作用,无药物残留,对病原菌不产生抗药性,可用来净化水质、改善养殖生态环境、作为饲料添加剂等广泛使用;作为一种运用日益广泛的水产养殖用品,不少养殖者对有益微生物的概念、组成、作用机理以及在水产养殖上的使用方法还存在疑问,为此本刊特组编了一组有关的稿件,希望能对养殖者起到指导的作用。
