各区县房地局、市房屋土地登记事务所、市房地产勘察测绘所:为保护消费者的合法权益,规范商品房销售行为,根据建设部《关于认真贯彻执行〈房产测绘规范〉加强房产测绘管理的通知》(建住房[2000]166号)精神,结合本市实际情况,我局修订了《北京市商品房销售面积计算及公用建筑面积分摊暂行规定》,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。执行中的有关问题通知如下:
