采用喷射成形技术制备了镍基高温合金沉积坯, 对合金沉积态、热等静压态和热处理态的显微组织进行了观察, 并对其热处理后的维氏硬度、拉伸性能及断裂组织特征进行了测试和分析。结果表明, 喷射成形高温合金组织细小、均匀, 呈现出典型的快速凝固组织特征。合金具有良好的高温组织稳定性, 适宜的热等静压和热处理可使材料具有良好的拉伸性能
The Ni-based superalloy blank was prepared by spray forming technique. The microstructures of the as-deposited, hot isostatically pressed and heat treated alloys were observed. The Vickers hardness, tensile properties and fracture microstructure Features were tested and analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of the spray-formed superalloy is small and uniform, showing a typical rapid solidification microstructure. Alloy has good high temperature tissue stability, suitable hot isostatic pressing and heat treatment can make the material has good tensile properties
