四川西部受环境因素的影响,导致自然灾害频繁发生,对受灾地区电力通信网络造成了巨大的损害,同时也影响着电网的安全运行。因此必须及时建立卫星通信,保证电力应急工作的顺利开展。本文主要对卫星通信系统中的三种传输体制进行分析,并介绍了各种体制的原理与特点,并对其进行了综合比较。最后根据现阶段电网应急通信要求,利用实例介绍了卫星应急通信网新系统建设,希望可以给同行研究学者提供借鉴。
Due to environmental factors in the western part of Sichuan Province, natural disasters frequently occur, causing great damage to the power communication network in the affected areas and affecting the safe operation of the power grid. Therefore, we must establish a timely satellite communications to ensure the smooth development of power emergency work. This paper mainly analyzes the three transmission systems in satellite communication system, and introduces the principles and characteristics of various systems, and makes a comprehensive comparison. Finally, according to the requirement of emergency communication of power grid at the present stage, this paper introduces the construction of new system of satellite emergency communication network by using examples, hoping to provide reference for the research scholars.
