随着日光温室高效栽培技术的迅速推广,我乡日光温室面积已达5000余亩,成为苏北最大的蔬菜反季节生产基地。为了进一步提高温室利用率,增加农民收入,我们在于双楼食用菌研究所的帮助下进行了多种菌菜间作套种试验,现将我们试验的鸡腿菇仿野生穴点栽培与辣椒间作栽培技术简介如下: 1 制栽培种 菌株鸡腿菇963,由常店乡于双楼食用菌研究所提供。制母种用PDA加富培养基;原种用谷粒培养基;栽培种用棉壳为主料,即棉壳50kg,玉米面4kg,磷肥750g,干牛粪5kg。于8月下旬制母种,在常温下培养10天菌丝即可长满斜面。原种于9月上旬制作,栽培种10月上旬制备。培养料要拌匀,调含水量60%左右。料拌好后闷堆2小时,使料吸水均匀。
