按程度分班是在文革后提出的,原本是国家特殊时期在教育领域的过渡政策。事实上,按程度分班的优越性我们谁都无法否认。在现阶段中学教育中按程度分班依然有继续存在的必要性。总体说来,按程度分班是因材施教理论的现实化,是我国当代国情下教育的巩固和发展的保障,是实现教学结果最大化的基础。
