以往的工商管理教学主要以教师作为教学的主导,采用的是“灌输式”教学模式,教师过于强调专业理论知识的传授,很少给学生提供自主思考的空间和机会,师生之间的互动较少,课堂氛围死气沉沉,学生的学习兴趣低下,教学效果较差。新课程改革中倡导学生自主学习,提出互动式教学模式,加强师生间的沟通、交流,激发学生的学习兴趣,活跃课堂氛围,提高教学有效性。本文主要提出了几种互动式教学的策略,希望为广大师生提供一定参考。
In the past, the teaching of business administration mainly took the teachers as the dominant teaching, which adopted the “instillation” teaching mode. The teachers emphasized too much on the impartation of professional theoretical knowledge and seldom gave them the space and opportunity for independent thinking. Less interaction, classroom atmosphere dead, students’ interest in learning is low, the teaching effect is poor. In the new curriculum reform, students advocate independent study, put forward interactive teaching mode, strengthen communication and exchange between teachers and students, stimulate students’ interest in learning, active classroom atmosphere and improve teaching effectiveness. This article mainly presents several interactive teaching strategies, hoping to provide some reference for teachers and students.
