当前城市河道洪峰流量可采用水利部门或市政部门暴雨计算公式进行计算,以上两个计算公式受各自成立的前提条件限制,若直接用于城市河道洪峰流量计算,与实际流量存在较大偏差。以市政部门暴雨计算公式的极限强度理论为基础,将一条河道流域划分为若干子汇水分区,分别计算各子汇水分区汇入河道的洪峰流量及时间,从上游至下游依次将各汇水子分区排口洪峰流量与该排口上游河道洪峰流量错峰叠加,计算出每个子汇水分区排口下游两个可能的洪峰流量,将两个计算结果进行比较并取最大值,该最大值即为该处排口下游河道的洪峰流量。
The current peak flow of urban rivers can be calculated using the rainstorm calculation formula of the water conservancy department or the municipal department. The above two formulas are limited by the preconditions for their establishment. If they are used directly for the calculation of the peak discharge of urban rivers, there is a large deviation from the actual flow. Based on the ultimate strength theory of the rainstorm calculation formula of the municipal department, a river basin is divided into several sub-watersheds, and the peak discharges and time of each sub-water subdivision into the river are calculated, and the subsurface waters are collected from the upstream to the downstream. The flood peak discharge at the sub-zone is superimposed with the peak discharge peak of the river upstream of the discharge, and two possible peak discharges at the downstream of each sub-catchment are calculated. The two calculation results are compared and the maximum value is taken. That is, the peak flow of the river downstream from the outlet.
