[目的]探讨飞机噪声对试飞员脑血流图、血压及听力的影响,分析高噪声环境暴露下试飞员的健康效应,为试飞员职业健康防护的针对性防护措施提供科学依据。[方法]选取某机场作业工人为研究对象,根据纳入和排除标准,181名高噪声暴露的试飞员为观察组,89名同一工厂的低噪声辅助人员为对照组,同时对研究对象的工作环境噪声进行检测和现场卫生学调查,对所有研究对象的血压、脑血流图和听力进行检查,对结果进行统计分析。[结果]噪声对作业工人的听力损伤检出率高于对照组(P﹤0.01),且存在随着接噪工龄的增加而增加的趋势;而且以高频损伤为主(P﹤0.01);观察组高血压和脑血流图异常率高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]噪声不仅对试飞员的听觉系统造成损伤,同时对其脑血流图和血压也造成影响。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the influence of aircraft noise on cerebral blood flow chart, blood pressure and hearing of test pilots, analyze the health effects of test pilots exposed to high-noise environment, and provide scientific basis for targeted protective measures of occupational health protection for test pilots. [Method] Taking a certain airport worker as the research object, 181 high-noise exposure test pilots were taken as the observation group and 89 low-noise auxiliary workers of the same factory as the control group according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. At the same time, the working environment of the research object Noise testing and on-site hygiene survey were conducted, blood pressure, cerebral blood flow and hearing were examined in all subjects, and the results were statistically analyzed. [Results] The detection rate of hearing impairment to workers was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and there was a tendency of increasing with the increase of noise duration; The abnormal rate of hypertension and cerebral blood flow in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The noise not only damages the test pilot’s hearing system, but also affects its cerebral blood flow diagram and blood pressure.
