《发酵科技通讯》杂志是由浙江工业大学主管主办、全国公开发行的科技类期刊,国内统一刊号CN33-1131/TS,国际标准刊号ISSN1674-2214。2016年本刊在刊登一定行业(企业)研究成果的基础上,将逐渐向学术性期刊转型.即从原来的食品发酵专业向生物、制药、酿造、环境、食品等领域拓张,以更多地体现学术的品性和张力。因此欢迎包括发酵行业为主的生物制造业各大科研、教学、生产、设计单位及广大读者踊跃投稿。征稿内容和注意事项如下:
