优化各实验参数,建立一种测定苏丹红Ⅰ含量的简捷、灵敏的电分析方法。用水热法制备纳米WO3,并用其修饰碳糊电极。利用循环伏安法、线性扫描伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究苏丹红Ⅰ在此修饰电极上的伏安行为,发现纳米WO3修饰电极能显著提高苏丹红Ⅰ的氧化峰电流。该方法的线性范围为1.5×10-7~2.0×10-5mol/L,开路富集2min后检出限为8.0×10-8mol/L。该方法用于辣椒制品及番茄酱等食品中苏丹红Ⅰ的测定,加标回收率在91.1%~102%之间,结果令人满意。
Optimize the experimental parameters, to establish a simple and sensitive method for the determination of Sudan Ⅰ content. Preparation of WO3 by hydrothermal method, and use it to modify the carbon paste electrode. The voltammetric behavior of Sudan I at the modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. It was found that the WO3 modified electrode significantly increased the oxidation peak current of Sudan I. The linear range of this method was 1.5 × 10-7 ~ 2.0 × 10-5mol / L, the detection limit was 8.0 × 10-8mol / L after 2min enrichment. The method was applied to the determination of Sudan Ⅰ in chili products and tomato sauce, with the recoveries of 91.1% ~ 102%. The results were satisfactory.
