带仓连皮可以容纳多余金属,可以自动调整坯料体积的变化。为了实现无飞边带仓连皮的齿轮坯热闭式锻造,针对一汽巴勒特锻造有限公司的开式锻造齿轮坯,采用Deform软件对带仓连皮闭式锻造齿轮坯的预锻件进行了成形过程模拟分析。模拟分析结果表明,立式飞边处由于内部生成热的温度升高而使该处材料塑性增加,促进此处材料的进一步流失而不利型腔充填;采用凹陷冲头可以抑制立式飞边的产生;预锻过程的连皮位置变形剧烈,变形抗力大,采用材质良好的镶块可以提高模具寿命。
