钛合金主要应用于航空航天及军工等尖端领域,钛基中间合金是生产各种特种钛合金的重要添加材料。硅钛合金是生产特种钛合金的重要材料,本研究通过采用中频真空感应炉冶炼硅钛合金,从原材料选择、冶炼坩埚的筛选、精炼时间、精炼温度等多方面进行设计实验,最终确定了较为良好的冶炼参数,经过北京有色院和西北有色院检测,产品符合实验预期指标,达到了航天航空级别要求。
Titanium is mainly used in cutting-edge areas such as aerospace and military, titanium-based master alloy is an important addition to the production of various special titanium alloy materials. Silicon-titanium alloy is an important material for the production of special titanium alloy. In this study, the design experiment was conducted from the aspects of raw material selection, screening of smelting crucible, refining time and refining temperature by using IF induction furnace to smelt silicon-titanium alloy. Finally, Good smelting parameters, after the Beijing Nonferrous Metals Institute and the Northwest colored homes testing, the product meets the expectations of the experimental targets, reached the aerospace level requirements.
