德育过程的基本机制主要有:导向机制、对话机制、生活机制、情境机制[1]。一、从导向机制维度审视新加坡中小学道德教育导向机制是引导人朝着一个正确轨道前进和发展的动力源泉,具有系统性、规范性、可操作性。“把被指引的人的主动趋势引导到某一连续的道路,而不是无目的地分散注意力。”[2]在受教育的过程中晓之以理,以理服人;动之以情,以情感人。教育者要摸清受教育者的底子,建立平等的师生关系,帮助学生找准成长的目标和前进的方向,使学生主动参与道德教育的过程,自主地建构和内化自己的德性。
