常用普通机床导轨基本是采用铸铁(HT200、HT250为多)或以铸铁为基体制造,本文通过对机床导轨面破损产生的几种原因及常用的补焊修复方法的介绍和分析,确定机床导轨面破损传统修复方法应用上存在的局限性原因。同时利用铸件破损修补机,在进行了实践操作和分析后,说明用铸件应用破损修补机修复机床导轨面破损是符合质检标准的,进一步分析证明对机床导轨面的破损修复可以运用铸件修补机进行,且在实践中是值得推广的一项技术。
