应用Southern blot核酸分子杂交技术,以[a—~(32)p]—dTTP标记的国内HPV16和HPV58型基因组为探针,检测了31例宫颈癌和22例非宫颈癌的活检组织标本。结果表明宫颈鳞癌组织中HPV相关序列的阳性率为51.7%,非癌组织中阳性率为18.2%,二者之间有显著差别(P<0.05)。HPV以16型检出率最高,提示在我省HPV16型的感染与宫颈癌的发病有密切的关系。
Using Southern blot nucleic acid hybridization technology, domestic HPV16 and HPV58 genomes labeled with [a-32p]-dTTP were used as probes to detect biopsy specimens of 31 cases of cervical cancer and 22 cases of non-cervical cancer. The results showed that the positive rate of HPV-related sequences in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was 51.7%, and the positive rate in non-cancer tissues was 18.2%. There was a significant difference between them (P<0.05). The HPV type 16 had the highest detection rate, suggesting that HPV16 infection in our province has a close relationship with the incidence of cervical cancer.
