本文说明了开关电容(SC)积分器和有源RC积分器的等效原理,以及SC网络的一些优点。这种网络除了便于采用MOS技术集成以外,还具有高精度和高稳定度的特点。文中给出两种SC状态变量振荡器电路,该电路的输入信号为钟脉冲,输出信号为取样—保持正弦波,振荡频率与钟脉冲频率成正比,且比例系数仅与电路中的电容比有关而与钟脉冲频率无关,因而在一定电容比下,不需改变振荡电路元件即可在很宽频率范围内改变振荡频率。给出了模拟实验结果,结果与所推导公式的理论值相符。
This article describes the equivalent principle of switched capacitor (SC) integrators and active RC integrators, as well as some of the advantages of SC networks. In addition to facilitating the integration of MOS technology, this kind of network has the characteristics of high precision and high stability. In this paper, two SC oscillator circuits are given. The input signal of the circuit is a clock pulse. The output signal is a sample-and-hold sine wave. The oscillation frequency is proportional to the clock frequency and the scaling factor is only related to the capacitance ratio in the circuit And the clock pulse frequency has nothing to do, and therefore in a certain capacitance ratio, without changing the oscillator circuit components can be in a wide frequency range to change the oscillation frequency. The simulation results are given and the results are consistent with the theoretical values of the formulas.
