目的:分析抗抑郁药在武汉地区的应用情况和发展趋势。方法:采用限定日剂量为指标的分析方法,对武汉地区24家医院2006～2009年抗抑郁药有关数据进行统计分析。结果:抗抑郁药总体销售金额和用药频度逐年升高,氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛和选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)位居前列,三环类抗抑郁药应用比例下降。结论:氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛和SSRIs因为良好的疗效和较低的不良反应已经成为抗抑郁治疗的一线用药,其他新型抗抑郁药发展较快,经典抗抑郁药的使用呈下降趋势。
Objective: To analyze the application and development trend of antidepressants in Wuhan. Methods: By using the method of limiting daily dose as an index, the data of antidepressants in 24 hospitals in Wuhan area from 2006 to 2009 were statistically analyzed. Results: The total amount of antidepressants sold and the frequency of drug use increased year by year, flupenthixol / melitracen and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) were among the best. The proportion of tricyclic antidepressants decline. CONCLUSIONS: Flupenthixol / melitracen and SSRIs have become the first-line antidepressants because of their good efficacy and low adverse reactions. Other new antidepressants have developed rapidly and the use of classical antidepressants has been declining .
