目的 探讨腹膜淋巴管的形态特征 ,为研究内皮和间皮细胞的物质转运机理提供必要的依据。 方法 用酶组织化学染色法观察了猴腹膜毛细淋巴管网的分布及其内皮细胞的超微结构。 结果 腹膜毛细淋巴管有丰富的网状连接、显著的瓣样结构和大量盲端 ,管径变化较大 (约 40~ 12 0 μm)、管腔极不规则。淋巴管周围结缔组织稀疏 ,并常见到内皮细胞与覆盖其表面的间皮细胞直接相贴。网膜和系膜内可见由大量巨噬细胞及淋巴细胞构成的圆形或椭圆形的乳斑 ,起于乳斑的淋巴管与间皮细胞之间缺乏基底膜。膈腹膜小孔的边缘附着有大量的细纤维成分 ,形成小孔的间皮细胞与其深面的淋巴管窦均有较强的 5’ Nase酶活性。 结论 腹膜毛细淋巴管的形态及结构显示出明显的部位性差异 ,其内皮细胞与间皮细胞间有密切的形态学联系
Objective To investigate the morphological characteristics of peritoneal lymphatic vessels and provide the necessary basis for studying the material transport mechanism of endothelial and mesothelial cells. Methods The distribution of peritoneal capillary lymphatic network and the ultrastructure of endothelial cells were observed by enzyme histochemical staining. Results The peritoneal lymphatic capillaries were rich in reticular connections, with significant valve-like structures and a large number of blind ends. The diameter of the peritoneal capillary lymphatic vessels varied greatly (about 40-1200 μm) and the lumen was extremely irregular. Lymphatic vessels around the sparse connective tissue and endothelial cells are often seen and covered the surface of the mesothelial cells directly attached. Oval and mesangial visible by a large number of macrophages and lymphocytes composed of round or oval-shaped milk spots, milk spots from the lymphatic and mesothelial cells lack a basement membrane. Diaphragmatic peritoneal holes attached to the edge of a large number of fine fiber components, the formation of small mesothelial cells and its deep lymphatic sinus have strong 5 ’Nase enzyme activity. Conclusion The morphology and structure of peritoneal lymphatic capillaries showed obvious site differences, and there was a close morphological connection between endothelial cells and mesothelial cells
