以蕨菜(pteridiumaquiliumL.)幼嫩根状茎先端为外植体,经灭菌、接种于附加有多种激素、磷酸二氢钠、活性炭等物质的1/2MS培养基上,在一定条件下,接种近三个月时,外植体上分化形成了聚集成团的不定芽丛,反复切割、转移培养于继代培养基上,分化势能不减.在附加有GA的培养基上,芽轴伸展并长出幼叶(羽状分裂叶).转移至生根培养基上20余天时,不定根群长出,但移栽成活率较低(仅40%左右).
