1986年10月至1987年6月,我们对杭州市天长小学的营养午餐试点进行了卫生监督及效果考核,选择了一(3)班为实验班,一(2)班为对照班,按照儿童的生长发育需求,参照中国医学科学院卫生研究所编制的《食物成分表》制定了蛋白质、锌、铁等营养素的食谱,并实行了一段时间。两个班均在校用午餐,实验班的午餐由专门邀请的厨师按食谱制作饭菜,对照班午餐同在校用午餐的其他同学一样的饭菜。午餐收费标准:实验班学生每人每日
From October 1986 to June 1987, we carried out health supervision and effectiveness assessment on the pilot of nutrition lunch at Tianchang Primary School in Hangzhou. One (3) class was selected as experimental class and one (2) class was used as control class. Of the growth and development needs, with reference to the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Institute of Health prepared “food composition table” developed a protein, zinc, iron and other nutrients recipes, and implemented for some time. Two classes are in the school lunch, experimental class lunch by a specially invited chef cook meals according to the recipe, the control class lunch with other students at school lunch with the same meals.
