通过对6根不同配筋率、不同再生粗骨料取代率的混凝土简支梁的受弯试验,分析了再生粗骨料混凝土受弯构件的正截面受力、构件的变形性能和破坏特征。根据《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010—2002)提出的普通混凝土梁的受弯性能计算公式,验算了再生混凝土梁的开裂弯矩、极限弯矩、挠度和最大裂缝宽度。验算结果表明,用普通混凝土梁的计算公式计算再生混凝土梁的开裂弯矩和极限弯矩是可行的;而最大裂缝宽度计算结果略小于实测值,且变异系数较大;挠度的计算值小于实测值近20%。
Through the bending test of 6 simple reinforced concrete beams with different reinforcement ratio and different recycled coarse aggregate, the normal cross-section force, the deformation performance and the failure characteristics of recycled coarse aggregate concrete flexural members are analyzed. According to the calculation formula of bending performance of ordinary concrete beams proposed in “Code for Design of Concrete Structure” (GB50010-2002), the cracking moment, ultimate bending moment, deflection and maximum crack width of recycled concrete beam are checked. The test results show that it is feasible to calculate the cracking moment and the ultimate bending moment of recycled concrete beams by using the formula of ordinary concrete beam. The calculation result of the maximum crack width is slightly smaller than the measured value and the coefficient of variation is larger. The calculated deflection value is smaller than the measured value Nearly 20% value.
