新钢3~#高炉第三代于1972年11月11日开炉,1976年8月9日停炉,一代炉令3年零9个月。从开炉至停炉全部生产锰铁,实际生产了1386日。本代炉体结构如图一。整个一代主要技术经济指标如下表:为了探讨锰铁高炉的合理内型和结构,对高炉炉体侵蚀、冷却设备的破损、炉皮变形等情况进行了观察和测绘。一、炉体破损概况炉体破损情况如图二(一)炉喉钢砖本代炉喉钢砖为单段纵列式结构,共30块,没有脱落现象,破损特点为:1、在园周方向,北面(卷扬机方向)比较完整,南面变形与破损比较严重。2、在炉喉高度方向,从上至下破损变形情况逐渐严重,并在碰撞点处有明显的分
