目的 :了解高原康胶囊对快速进入高原者血清一氧化氮 (NitricOxide ,NO)及白介素 - 1(IL - 1)、白介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )、白介素 - 8(IL - 8)的影响及其意义。方法 :将 80名由平原乘飞机初次进入高原的战士随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组于平原登机前开始给予口服高原康胶囊 ,连服 3日 ,对照组给予安慰剂 ,并对两组进入高原前后的血清NO、IL - 1、IL - 6、IL - 8含量的变化情况及7d内急性高原病 (Acutehighaltitudediseaes ,AHAD)的发病情况进行比较 (NO检测其代谢终产物NO3- /NO2 - )。结果 :进入高原后 ,对照组与平原比较血清NO显著降低 ,IL - 1、IL - 6、IL - 8显著升高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,实验组与平原比较除IL - 8显著升高外 (P <0 0 5 ) ,NO、IL - 1及IL - 6则无显著变化 (P >0 0 5 ) ;而进入高原后两组比较 ,则实验组的血清NO显著高于对照组 ,IL - 1、IL - 6、IL - 8及AHAD发病率显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 0 1)。结论 :高原康胶囊能显著升高快速进入高原者血清NO ,降低血清IL - 1、IL - 6、IL - 8的含量及其发病率 ,对快速进入高原者AHAD的预防起着积极的作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of Gao Yuan Kang Capsule on the levels of NO and IL - 1, IL - 6 and IL - 8 in rapid entering the plateau. Its meaning. Methods: Eighty soldiers who first entered the plateau by plane were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group began oral administration of highland kang capsule before boarding at the plain for 3 consecutive days, while the control group received placebo. The levels of NO, IL - 1, IL - 6 and IL - 8 in serum of two groups before and after entering the plateau and the incidence of acute altitude sickness (AHAD) within 7 days were compared (NO, NO, NO2 -). Results: After entering the plateau, serum NO was significantly decreased, IL - 1, IL - 6 and IL - 8 were significantly increased in the control group and the plain (P <0.01) No significant changes were observed in NO, IL - 1 and IL - 6 at high altitude (P <0.05) (P> 0.05), while serum NO in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group The incidence of IL - 1, IL - 6, IL - 8 and AHAD was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05-0.001). Conclusion: Gaoyuankang Capsule can significantly increase serum NO, rapidly decrease the level of IL - 1, IL - 6 and IL - 8 in serum and the incidence of AHAD, and play a positive role in the prevention of rapid AHAD
